His family’s kitchen became his classroom, where he learned the secrets of traditional Lebanese cuisine—fluffy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and succulent shawarma, all prepared with love and generations of wisdom.
Eager to share his craft, Edmond opened his first restaurant in his hometown. But the challenges of running a business in an unstable economy proved overwhelming. Despite his dedication, the dream seemed just out of reach. Rather than give up, Edmond made a bold decision: he would take his skills across the world, learning from every kitchen he worked in.
From the vibrant markets of Istanbul to the high-end restaurants of Paris, Chef Edmond honed his craft, blending classic Lebanese flavors with global techniques. He absorbed the art of presentation in Dubai, mastered the balance of spices in India, and even explored fusion cooking in Bangkok. Yet, no matter where he traveled, his heart remained tied to the authentic tastes of Lebanon—the tangy zest of sumac, the richness of slow-cooked lamb, and the warmth of freshly baked manakish.
Years later, Edmond’s journey brought him to Ras Al Khaimah, a city where culture and tradition thrive. Here, he saw an opportunity to bring his culinary heritage to life once more. With years of experience and a suitcase full of recipes, he opened his own Lebanese restaurant—a place where every dish tells a story.
